Homemade popsicles (with egg white)

Yield: 1 dose per pop

Ingredients

· Pasteurized egg whites

· Your favorite fruit juice.

Equipment

· Popsicle molds or paper cups and food safe popsicle sticks

Directions

· Add one dose of egg white to each popsicle mold (or cup)

· Fill the rest of the way with fruit juice

· Freeze until firm

· Enjoy!

Notes

· Lemonade also works well

· This is a super flexible recipe as far as updosing goes. Just add as much egg white as you need to each popsicle.
